If you have accidentally purchased the wrong subscription plan, we offer the following accommodation:
If you mistakenly purchased an annual subscription instead of a monthly subscription:
- We will convert your annual plan to a monthly plan
- One month's subscription fee plus processing fees will be deducted
- The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method
- This conversion must be requested within 7 days of purchase
If you wish to upgrade from a monthly to an annual plan:
- You can upgrade at any time during your subscription period
